BUILDING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES WITH THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS
The unique skills of the Anderson Group are increasingly being recognised by major developers and agencies and for this project the Group has been selected, in partnership with Bellway Homes, to deliver a high quality, mixed use and sustainable community that will be delivered in 6 phases over a 9 year period for Gallions Housing Association.
The project involves the provision of 923 housing units (555 for open sale) and the re-provision of community facilities including a health centre, library, retail units and other community facilities.
There will be an emphasis on creating a development that is sustainable socially, environmentally and economically.
