We joint venture with landowners, housing associations and local authorities to capture land opportunities, increase much needed development growth and bring new life to run down areas.

We partner with land owners to realise development value and with Local Authorities and RSL's to create affordable housing opportunities via estate regeneration and high density mixed-use schemes - including health facilities, hotels, restaurants and retail units.

We also revitalize sites that other developers will not touch. Star Street was a run down, vacant and contaminated part of town until Constable Homes unlocked it with a design led solution that respects the local architectural vernacular.
