From the ground up.

Since starting out in 1987, Anderson has grown to become one the UK’s leading contractor partners to national housebuilders, specialising in groundworks, civil engineering, reinforced concrete frames and working with challenging sites.

Our vast and varied experience in construction also underpins our multiple award-winning development business.

With a 400-strong workforce at the core of our delivery, we have the capacity to scale up to any project and are continually investing in new technology and skills to ensure we are always at the forefront of the industry.

Our key housebuilding clients include Bovis, L&Q, Taylor Wimpey and Hopkins Homes.

Part of our wider team

At Anderson we recognise the real value of the relationships we have with our contractors and subcontractors and consultants – all of which bolster our core teams on site.

From providing us with specialist expertise through to giving us flexibility to deliver a project to deadline, we rely on these partnerships and trust in these teams to help us Build Value Together.

In fact, they are an instrumental part of the wider Anderson family – which totals around 1,300 workers across the business.

But the benefits swing both ways – with many of the companies we work with experiencing growth to match our own.

We believe in collaboration, in creating and cementing long-lasting partnerships and in forming good working relationships.
