The site, which backs on to the former athlete’s village of the 2012 London Olympic Games, overlooks the velodrome and is within walking distance of Westfield Shopping Centre & Stratford.

The site is actually being built on the former basketball courts where the games were held during the Olympics.


Wide range of works included

Phase 2 of the project which has a combined programme duration of 56 weeks covers numerous aspects of work such as infrastructure, 3 RC frame blocks – 2 being three floors & a roof and the other being six floors and a roof respectively.

Alongside this, two traditional blocks also make up part of the works and then the drainage, services & external works are also included to make up the full contracted works.
