After securing outline planning consent in 2014, Inland Homes Plc have brought Anderson Group alongside in what is a second joint-venture between the two expert developers (the first being Gardiners Park).

Building on the current success of Gardiners Park, the partnership will deliver 94 much-needed homes on the wasteland laying north-west of Ipswich town centre.

Having met with local stakeholders, the partnership is committed to providing a high-quality development that is complimentary to the wider local area.

 

Site Constraints

  • A significant pulverised ash (PFA) component on the eastern side of the site.
  • Multi-utility diversions including LV/HV, Water, Gas & Telecommunications
  • Existing retaining wall in poor condition on the northern boundary
