Restoring complex sites

In every region there are sites waiting to be restored to good use.  We began buying land that developers or landowners considered too problematic.

Our approach is practical – seeking the best proposal for the site and its context. It is also inclusive – we consult widely to develop proposals that meet local needs first. Uniquely, our delivery is comprehensive – we undertake all aspects of the project, seeing it through from initial planning to build and completion.

Thirty years of experience in remediation, groundworks and construction, combined with a talented and directly employed workforce, puts us in a strong position to tackle development projects that others find too difficult to attempt.

We are transparent in our processes, and have provided environmental warranties to remove any future liability on the land-owners’ part.

Filled with ambition, Anderson Group delivers.

Erith Update July 2017

New development places the community at its heart

Our own developments

As a private developer, we are in control of our destiny. Through due diligence, stakeholder engagement and use of world-class technical advice, we work efficiently to realise potential at the heart of any community.

We believe there is no such thing as a standard house type. For us, each development ought to be unique and testament to its surroundings.

Whether it means the development of luxury artists’ space and apartments in Hackney Wick, or the creation of a wetlands in the heart of the Lea Valley, we take pride in our undertakings
