With thirty years at the helm, Mark has set the company’s direction, and protected its reputation by sticking to an ethos based on honesty, capability and being prepared to think differently. He led the growth of the business from groundworks contractor to specialist developer, and remains eager for the next opportunity to show the industry how it’s done. Mark is the founder of the Anderson Group and charitable Foundation.

34 years of construction and development industry experience means there are very few things that Andrew has not seen before. Andrew is responsible for the strategic direction of all Anderson companies and ensures the Group’s efficient, dynamic operation.

Andrew joined Anderson Group in 2004 having spent the previous 20 years as a partner at RSM, London. He is a Chartered Accountant responsible for all financial aspects of the Group and is also Company Secretary of all Group companies.

Craig joined Anderson Group in 2008, following a career that included time at most of the nation’s major housebuilders. He has a great breadth of development experience on site as well as in technical design.
“We’re passionate about tackling development in the right way, with the right information – quite a technical company, really.”
Sean is a Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in development and contracting, coming from 30 years’ experience in the residential, commercial and retail sectors.
Having been at Anderson for over 20 years, Sean has worked on supermarkets, shopping centres, commercial and residential units. He continues to lead the Group’s joint ventures and is responsible for the commercial and production aspects of the Anderson development business.

With over thirty years of construction experience, Glenn has overseen large scale housing regeneration schemes, conversion work, new builds and community regeneration projects. Having joined Anderson in 2015, he is responsible for the estimating and commercial departments. Glenn holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
“We normally operate 20 live sites, so you need a big team, but there’s a big difference between a structure and a hierarchy.”
There can be little about groundworks that Steve has not seen in a thirty-year career in construction and development. As production director, he is responsible for overseeing the successful running of projects, insisting on a degree of professionalism that is rare in the industry.
“We have a healthy appetite for change… we’re open to ideas and we action them.”
Darren has a wealth of experience from 30 years in the industry, all but five of which were spent at Anderson Group. He is responsible for plant hire and fleet vehicles as well as procurement and overseeing the Group’s insurance.”

Rory has over 16 years experience in property development, covering a diverse range of roles which have included two stints at Major “PLC” housebuilders Crest Nicholson and Bellway Homes.
Joining the Anderson Group in 2007, he is now responsible for all land acquisition, from the identification of potential sites and pre-purchase due-diligence to being very hands on in working with key community stakeholders up to delivery of key projects.

Mark joined Anderson Group in 2005, from outside the industry. He brings a fresh outlook to manage, motivate and develop the growing finance team in supporting the business. He holds the title Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
